
CAS Requirements
- A one-time set up fee: $20 for online portal fee
- 20% commission on all sales.
- Artists receive 80% of all art sales.
Additional Sales Options (20% commission)
- FREE wall space (at your own risk) includes hallway 1st floor galleria, 2nd floor galleria and designated venues in town and is offered at CAS discretion with your approval.
- Art Shows, Silent auctions: 20%. (These programs may be on or off site.)
- Gift basket program: 20%.
Teaching Classes
• Classroom and event coordination rate: 10% per student fee. (Includes on-site and off-site class events)
Convenience fees at your request (Each fee is per occurrence)
- Framing assistance (reusable frames, mats, fixing inappropriate wiring): $5-30
- Wall refresh request if month requirement cannot be achieved: $20
- Checks: Mailing: $10. Researching/Reissuing lost checks: $25
- Artist Portal Password Retrieval assistance: $10. Tip: use forget password option to reset password for free.
What does my rent cover?
- Promoting and Selling art (see CONNECT for our current channels).
- Bags, tissue paper, paper to package and protect your art.
- Gift wrapping your art with ribbon when requested.
- Replacing art on your wall once sold.
- Relocating your art to another wall when sales are slow for the artist.
- Connecting commissions to the right artist.
- Daily sales review. Researching and correcting errors by transaction clerks.
- Creating group items (auction art, multiple artist items, classes) in our Sales app (evieApp).
- Creating website posts for classes and special events.
- Writing monthly checks to artists.
- Paying of sales tax monthly.
- Shop utilities and maintenance supplies.
- Compliance with all local and federal laws.
Late Fees (per occurrence)
• Late rent fees: $25
• Late required documents: $25
