Wall Space, Special Programs and Fees

REQUIRED MONTHLY ARTIST FEES BY FOOT:

CAS Requirements

• A one-time set up fee: $20 for online portal fee (See attachment – CAS ARTIST PORTAL)
• 15% commission on all sales

Optional programs with CAS commission

• FREE space Hallway Art, Art Shows, Silent Auctions: 15%. These programs may be on or off site.
• Classroom rate 10% per student fee. Classes may be on or off site.
• Event coordination support 10% participant fee
• Gift basket program 20%

Convenience fees at your request (Each fee is per occurrence)

• Framing assistance (reusable frames, mats, fixing inappropriate wiring): $5-30
• Wall refresh request if month requirement cannot be achieved: $20
• Mailing check: $10
• Researching/Reissuing lost checks: $25
• Request for sales report: $10
• Sales on Demand Password Retrieval assistance: $10

What does my rent cover?

• Artists receive 85% of all art sales.
• Promoting and Selling art (including Facebook and Instagram).
• Bags, tissue paper, paper to package and protect your art.
• Gift wrapping your art with ribbon when requested.
• Replacing art on your wall once sold.
• Relocating your art to another wall when sales are slow for the artist.
• Connecting commissions to the right artist.
• Researching past sales.
• Reviewing sales daily and Researching errors made by transaction clerks to ensure the right artist is paid for the sales.
• Creating group items (auction art, multiple artist items, classes) in our Sales app (Evie app).
• Creating website posts for classes and special events.
• Writing monthly checks to artists.
• Paying your monthly sales tax on sales including commissions.
• Filling out Federal tax forms and submitting annual income statements.
• Shop utilities and maintenance supplies.

Late Fees (per occurrence)

• Late fees $15
• Late required documents $25
