Beginner to Intermediate Oil Painting (5 sessions) with Jeff.

Learn how to paint using oils in a 5 week (every Tuesday) series with Jeff Weese.  He will teach the fundamentals of painting with oil from a blank canvas to a beautiful landscape. Weather permitting a field trip to Lake Wateree to paint on scene (plein air) is included in the $150 class fee. ($30/session).  First session Tuesday,  May 2, 1 pm to 4.  Following sessions at the same time on May 9, May 16, May 23,   May 30.

Beginner or intermediate. Advanced welcome as well.  3 students min. Must register by April 28th to secure a spot.

Supplies list

One Stretched canvas. (Cotton Duck or Linen). 16×20 is a good size. Oil Paints; Ultramarine Blue, Alizrine Crimsom or Any red, Cerulean Blue, Purple, Yellow Medium, Orange, Yellow Orchra, Sap Green, Burnt Sienna, Burnt Umber, Bright Pink. 2 Rolls of Paper Towels. Wooden Palette. Easel, Odorless mineral sprits, Liquin. Brushes. Filberts, small , Medium and Large 1 or 2 inch. Small round brush for details and signing. Glass container with lid for mineral spirits.
