Hi, I am Clare Marlow-Eilbeck I was born in New Zealand a first generation New Zealander to British parents. Lived in a place called Levin most of my life!
I studied art throughout my formative school years and got far more serious in my high school years.
Did a year at a local polytechnic/ technical college in Visual Arts and then went on to do a BA in Design major being interior architecture and minor in classical studies, so no formal art training. But I have tried my hand at a lot of different art techniques and processes throughout my life so far.
I have moved to the USA with my husband and son to be closer to my husband’s family.
So I am enjoying meeting new like minded people and being a part of the local art community.
Mediums, Techniques, Genres
I use acrylics, watercolours, ink and occasionally oil paints I like printmaking as well!
My art is an eclectic mix of nature, ideas and events that shape my world.
