Paint on site (Plein Air) with Jeff Weese 10/12

Want to paint a famous landmark or a beautiful landscape on site but you are not quite sure how to do it like the professional artists?  Jeff Weese will be at the park at the corner of Rutledge and Broad Street to teach how to paint plein air by using general shapes to capture the beauty of the striking Clock Tower.  Afterwards the group will go out to lunch and discuss art with Jeff.

Supplies required for this paint out is a 16×20 Canvas, a French easel, and your basic paint supplies.  A kit will be assembled at Artisan Art Supplies at 1011 Broad Street. Jeff paints will oils.  Water-mixable oils are acceptable.

CAUTION – this is not the Plein Air Competition in Camden at the same time.  This is a learning event.
